What I liked:
- Đồng nghiệp support nhau nhiệt tình, ai không biết phần nào thì được mọi người chỉ liền
- Có các buổi technical sharing hay AI sharing vào mỗi tháng
- Ít OT
- Quy trình làm việc rõ ràng, mà có nhiều cái nhỏ quá nên hơi gò bó xíu, bù lại minh bạch
- Không chấm công, có thể tới trễ miễn làm đủ việc
Chưa OT nên chưa biết, nhưng OT không thường xuyên, nếu có OT thì cần báo HR trước để HR biết và cần log mình OT bao nhiêu giờ
Suggestions for improvement:
- Đồ ăn pantry cần đa dạng hơn
- Tăng lương nhiều hơn sau performance review
