What I liked:
- Một môi trường làm việc lý tưởng, nơi mỗi ngày đều tràn ngập niềm vui và động lực. Từ việc tương tác với đồng nghiệp đến cơ hội trò chuyện, không có sự phân biệt giai cấp, tất cả đều được đón nhận và tôn trọng.
- Cơ hội phát triển cực lớn cho các dev trẻ, được bơi được thở oxy liên tục với dự án siêu to khổng lồ của công. Luôn được tin tưởng trao nhiệm vụ gánh vác những task lớn và có cơ hội hiểu thêm về quy trình làm việc chuyên nghiệp có quy trình rõ ràng.
- Mọi người trong và ngoài team luôn rất nhiệt tình hỗ trợ tận tình -> Thoải mái trong giao tiếp -> Tự tin giao tiếp hơn.
- Giờ giấc làm việc linh hoạt phù hợp cho cả early bird và night owl.
- Có nhiều hoạt động ngoài giờ.
- Hiếm khi có cơ hội OT -> Tạo điều kiện thuận lợi cho việc cân bằng giữa công việc và cuộc sống cá nhân.
- Chính sách trả OT rõ ràng.
Suggestions for improvement:
- Common: Tăng lương giảm giờ làm.
- Special: Devices công ty cung cấp là rất tốt nhưng nên có những bình chọn để nhân viên có thêm vote cho những thiết bị phù hợp nhất với mọi người.
