What's one favorite thing about your job?
I enjoy everything from shaping the finest details of a project as a developer to shifting team mindsets and helping people think about "a bigger picture" as a manager. Having the curiosity and courage to do these things motivates me every day.
What’s the coolest thing about your job?
For me, the Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) model is unique. It allows us to work with international clients as fully integrated members of their teams and company culture. The knowledge gained from working as part of these teams is invaluable, allowing us to gain experience and develop our career paths within a global and professional environment
