What I liked:
- Đồng nghiệp khá thân thiện, manager khá thoải mái,
- Công việc tương đối ổn, được support và học nhiều công nghệ mới (nếu làm dự án ngân hàng)
- Nhiều dự án ngân hàng như HSBC và bảo hiểm --> Được hưởng phúc lợi bảo hiểm tốt
- Office rộng rãi, đẹp
- Nhiều khóa học miễn phí, học phải nói là thỏa mái
- Cho WFH 1/2 ngày trên tuần
Công ty Pháp, khá thoải mái về giờ giấc, chế độ làm việc linh hoạt
Suggestions for improvement:
- Có khi họp quá nhiều
- Mức lương lúc đầu khá cạnh tranh nhưng tăng lương hơi ít --> phù hợp cho người muốn ổn định
- Thực tập ở đây hơi lâu, tận 6 tháng mới lên chính thức bù lại được trainning khá ổn
