What I liked:
Văn phòng khá, nhân viên phần lớn thân thiện, hòa đồng
Suggestions for improvement:
Dùng chung (thuê) HR, kế toán của công ty VSL chung tập đoàn nên có nhiều vấn đề, lợi ích/quyền lợi của nhân viên không được quan tâm đúng mức.
Thường không yêu cầu OT, nhưng nếu OT thì thủ tục rất lằng nhằng, và thường đổi ngày nghỉ

- VSL Vietnam và BYCN IT VN đều là công ty con của tập đoàn nên công ty không thuê HR hay kế toán bên ngoài bạn nhé.
- Mình xin chia sẻ về quyền lợi của công ty VSL như sau:
+ 12 ngày nghỉ phép năm
+ 6 ngày nghỉ bệnh. Nhân viên được thêm 1 ngày phép đối với 3 năm làm việc liên tục.
+ BHXH bắt buộc. Ngoài ra, còn có thêm gói Bảo hiểm Vietnamcare, đối với nhân viên làm 6 năm được mua thêm bảo hiểm cho con.
+ Teambuilding + Company trip
+ Hỗ trợ tham gia thể thao: cầu lông, bóng đá, bơi lội..., chi phí tập ở phòng gym, yoga
+ Tham gia các khóa đào tạo phát triển skill, tiếng anh, tiếng Pháp, tiếng Việt (expats) luôn có những buổi sharing để chia sẻ kiến thức
+ Được đi công tác nước ngoài (Pháp,...)
Được cấp laptop để làm việc
Được làm việc trong môi trường quốc tế, văn phòng rộng, thoáng, sạch sẽ, sáng sủa, pantry thì đầy đủ nước uống
Công ty luôn quan tâm đến nhân viên đặc biệt trong mùa dich vừa qua: gửi healthcare gift, fruits,...
Tạo điều kiện cho nhân viên làm việc ở nhà trong suốt thời gian dịch đến hiện tại...
Ngoài ra, công ty không yêu cầu OT như bạn nói trừ 1 số vị trí đặc thù tuy nhiên công ty luôn có 2 lựa chon:
1. trả bằng tiền
2. trả bằng ngày phép
