Phúc lợi nhân viên khá tốt, môi trường rộng thoáng và có nhiều activities ngoài giờ làm việc.
Chưa OT bao giờ nhưng chính sách OT rõ ràng, khi OT cần phải đc manager duyệt qua nên kh OT vô tội vạ.
Suggestions for improvement:
Các team trong department kh kết nối lắm với nhau, đôi lúc còn hơi toxic. Cần có nhiều hoạt động gắn bó các team.
