What I liked:
So far, Bocasay is the best company I ever been after a douzen of companies around France/UK and now Vietnam:
The office's atmosphere is cool and serene, no strict dress code and enjoy your coffee freshly grinded by the coffee machine.
The team is friendly, willing to either chit chat around or either serious IT tech talk. The managment
is available to listen to your needs, problems or just to have a funny casual talk around.
Also enjoy the casual monthly staff event to relax and to bring members closer to each others.
There is interesting projects that it make me feel envious :)
We don't OT unless you feel you need/have to do it, no one is pushing you to do OT
Suggestions for improvement:
I'd like a better support from the company regarding training and learning. Being more flexible to practices new technologies or even new fields such as Devops or project manager.
