Tôi biết ơn khi được chào đón ở đây khi kinh nghiệm còn non nớt, với mức lương khá hậu hĩnh thời điểm đó (bây giờ tôi đã senior và nghỉ việc). Tôi may mắn gặp client Thụy Sỹ, sếp cũng người TS rất nice

- Không OT. Scrum framework. Tính bảo mật khá cao. Anti-AI policy nhưng ko cấm sử dụng, miễn đừng share code
- Nước, cafe, tủ lạnh, trái cây. (no snack)
- Môi trường văn phòng, cơ sở vật chất chất lượng
- Range lương tương đối, ngang mặt bằng. Review performance hằng năm, tăng 5-15% (Nên deal cao từ đầu để đỡ nhảy việc)
- Bảo hiểm tư nhân + cho 1 người thân 50tr/năm/ng
- Cơm trưa free 4 buổi/tuần trừ t6 (lúc ngon lúc được tùy thầu cung cấp)
- PTO 12 days, +6 days làm dư giờ (dư 4h = nửa ngày)
- 13th month bonus
- Khóa học Udemy free
- Client xịn thì được bao onsite châu Âu hằng năm hoặc mỗi 2 năm (có thể có contract ràng buộc)
Tùy team và dự án thì sự căng thẳng và mâu thuẫn với cấp trên hay client sẽ khác nhau.
Suggestions for improvement:
Tôi may mắn có trải nghiệm tốt tại công ty hầu hết thời gian. Cũng có đôi lúc tệ nhưng tôi nghĩ công ty nào cũng có vấn đề phát sinh riêng. So well, no comment :))
