What I liked:
Chưa thấy bị trễ lương bao giờ, nếu rơi vào cuối tuần thì sẽ trả trước vào thứ 6.
CEO vui tính, tâm lý và thoải mái.
Văn hoá công ty rất tốt, tăng lương đều đều.
ít khi phải OT, không ép buộc, không khuyến khích. Có hỗ trợ ăn tối nếu OT
Suggestions for improvement:
nên có thang máy chứ leo bộ hơi mỏi giò, máy lạnh lạnh tê tái suốt 4 mùa

What I liked
The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
