What I liked:
- Macbook + Dell 27in
- Có fund cho ăn uống, team building (trong h hành chính) hằng tháng
- Công nghệ xịn, đồng nghiệp giỏi, global; có support udemy + time cho việc học
- Mn khá nice, mt ko drama
- Có đồ ăn vặt support lúc đói
Công ty khá fair, mn tập trung công việc ko drama gì. Cty chưa phổ biến lắm ở VN, nhưng mọi thứ gần như tương đương các cty tier 2.
Suggestions for improvement:
- Có thêm 3-5 ngày nghỉ 1 năm
- Có thưởng vào ngày lễ như Quốc khánh, tết Dương,... thể hiện cty respect VN env
- Có cơ chế fill đồ ăn thường xuyên, ko phụ thuộc 1 người
- Có fund cho bàn phím, chuột
- Mong mn đặt trà sữa cà phê chung nhiều hơn
