What I liked:
- Văn phòng làm việc rộng rãi.
- Môi trường tiếng anh.
- Làm việc trên Product thực sự. Hiện tại hơn 3K users mỗi ngày. Trãi dài khắp Đông Nam Á: Vietnam, Thailand, Singapore, Korea, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, India, Egypt...
- Ứng dụng cập nhật tính năng liên tục theo yêu cầu cảu khách hàng.
- Công ty đang trong giai đoạn phát triển mạnh. Tuyển dụng nhân sự rất nhiều vị trí.
Team IT rất it khi OT (Overtime), OT được trả bằng ngày phép.
Suggestions for improvement:
Công ty nên thêm nhiều chế độ đãi ngộ cho nhân viên để thu hút nhân sự tốt.
Nơi để luyện tinh thần thép và trái tim cứng

The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
