What I liked:
Định hướng nghề nghiệp và lộ trình thăng tiến tốt. Đội ngũ manager trẻ và nhiệt tình, quan tâm đến các members. Lương thưởng khá tốt tuy ko cao lắm so với thị trường.
Chế độ OT rõ ràng, trả lương thêm đầy đủ nếu có yêu cầu OT
Suggestions for improvement:
Quy trình phỏng vấn hơi rườm rà tí, mình phải chờ lâu mới nhận đc phỏng vấn các vòng tiếp theo. Trung bình 3-4 vòng phỏng vấn hơi mất thời gian.
