What I liked:
Thích hợp fresher và junior tham gia, có training trước khi join dự án. Còn phúc lợi thì chỉ hưởng ké tùy khách hàng, còn lương thưởng thì trừ lương ra không còn gì cả.
Tính OT đầy đủ nhưng không có chi tiết nên không biết thực tế tính ra sao
Suggestions for improvement:
Dù nói là khách hàng là trên hết nhưng khi review tăng lương năm thì lại nói ý kiến khách hàng không phải yếu tố quyết định :))))
