What I liked:
Nằm trong tòa nhà Pax Sky nên việc đậu xe trong hầm sẽ an toàn, yên tâm. Dù nằm trong khu vực đông đúc khi di chuyển giờ cao điểm, nhưng chính sách công ty là không chấm công nên không bị áp lực về việc đúng giờ để chấm công và ảnh hưởng lương thưởng.
Các anh em trong team làm việc chịu khó lắng nghe, đề xuất các phương án cho vấn đề gặp phải thay vì công kích cá nhân.
Team hạn chế OT, nếu có thì là chủ động từ phía thành viên của nhóm
Suggestions for improvement:
Tập trung nhiều hơn vào văn hóa tin tưởng, trao quyền, đào tạo nhân viên để biết được chuyên nghiệp trong công việc sẽ khác với ngụy biện trong công việc là gì.
