What I liked:
Văn phòng với trang thiết bị hiện đại (bàn nâng điện, ghế công thái học, arm màn hình, macbook...).
Bảo hiểm sức khỏe cho gia đình.
Đóng bảo hiểm full lương.
Không khuyến khích OT, không làm việc thứ 7.
Một năm 15 ngày phép và tăng dần theo từng năm.
Sếp cực tốt và biết lắng nghe.
Thời gian làm việc cực kỳ linh hoạt.
Môi trường làm việc thân thiện, không bè phái, không micromanage.
Công ty không khuyến khích OT vì cuộc sống không chỉ có công việc.
Suggestions for improvement:
Công ty còn nhỏ, văn phòng còn trống cần trang trí thêm.
Công ty tốt, thời gian làm việc linh động

What I liked
The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
Suggestions for improvement
Boss is like a sun. Way too hot sometimes. So it's best if he just stays and works from home a couple of days. Please keep doing what you are doing :)
