What I liked:
Mình làm việc ở đây năm 2016, các dự án sẽ có các role đảm nhiệm. Như là project manager, QA, QC, Design, Backend, Frontend... Các role vận hành ổn, nên làm việc cũng khá nhẹ nhàng, không áp lực.
Các task được estimate khá tốt, mình chưa từng bắt buộc phải OT, trong trường hợp các task cần gấp, có thỏa luận đưa task làm ở nhà, và deal lương trọn gói theo tổng thời gian, việc này là tự nguyện.
Đồng nghiệp trong công ty vui vẻ, thân thiện, thời của mình cũng có nhiều nhân viên ưu tú để học hỏi và làm việc cùng.
OT thì được khoán giá tiền, thời gian OT mình tự ước lượng.
Suggestions for improvement:
- Các dự án thường là website về công ty, nhỏ. Nên việc học hỏi hoặc áp dụng các các công nghệ mới sẽ ít có cơ hội.
- Đóng bảo hiểm mức cơ bản.
