Glohow helps businesses go global. Our solutions and services include co-publishing of mobile games and applications, strategy consultation, marketing, PR, product development, project management, LiveOps management, localization, media content production, design, and arts.

We are seeking a talented and creative UI/UX Designer with 3+ years of experience to join our team.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing intuitive and visually appealing interfaces for our official company website and game-related brand sites. Your work will play a key role in delivering a delightful and efficient user experience, while meeting the needs of our diverse user base and maintaining high standards of usability and design excellence.

Responsibilities

• Integrate business, technology, user, and content requirements to formulate design concepts that guide the development of prototypes, user flows, design patterns, and mock-ups.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including developers and business team to bring your designs to life.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to understand user problems, validate design decisions, and iterate on user feedback.
• Lead the design process for both corporate and game-related brand websites, ensuring consistent branding and user engagement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant work experience in web design as a fully proficient individual contributor in a product environment.
• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma.
• Ability to tackle complex, ambiguous problems and break them down into smaller, well-defined initiatives.
• Basic understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
• Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written) in English.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design or equivalent professional experience.
