• Estimate and define test plan/ strategy for assigned products
• Lead a test team and control testing progress and quality
• Support and review testing artifacts from team members
• Contribute to agile teams for product requirement and documentation
• Perform testing activities with in-depth understanding of requirements and testing techniques
• Contribute to continuous improvement activities at personal, team and organization levels

Yêu cầu công việc

• 1+ years of experience in web and/or mobile app testing
• Solid skills and knowledge of testing process and techniques
• Experience in leading one or several team member is a plus
• Automation test skill is required for leader level
• Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Good English communication and documentation
• Having passion in testing, open minded and able to self-motivated
• Hands-on experience in API backend testing using tools Postman & Rest Assured API.
