We are looking for an innovative and experienced Solution Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable, resilient, and secure architectures for our fintech platforms. This role plays a key part in shaping the technical vision and system blueprint for digital financial services. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that architecture decisions align with business goals, technological capabilities, and long-term scalability.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Bridge multiple business domains by translating complex, cross-functional business requirements into high-quality, cohesive, and secure architectural solutions.
• Collaborate closely with customers and a diverse set of stakeholders (Product, Business, Security, Data, and Engineering) to develop comprehensive technology products and ensure shared buy-in within a highly matrixed environment.
• Navigate ambiguity effectively, bringing technical clarity and strong communication to complex, evolving business challenges.
• Design and maintain the overall architecture of applications, focusing on scalable, resilient, and event-driven distributed systems.
• Architect and oversee data pipelines, effectively bridging application architecture with large-scale data processing and data engineering.
• Lead system improvement initiatives and mentor development teams in building high-throughput systems, identifying technical debt, and proposing architectural refactoring.
• Champion engineering excellence by driving the adoption of robust observability, automated cloud infrastructure, and reliable deployment practices.
• Explore and introduce emerging technologies (including AI/ML integrations) and advanced software design methodologies (like DDD) to improve platform capabilities.
• Evaluate the business impact of technical decisions, ensuring architectures meet stringent regulatory compliance, real-time data needs, and security standards.

Yêu cầu công việc

Must-Have (The Core Foundation)

• Experience: 7+ years in software engineering and system architecture, demonstrating a progression of technical leadership.
• Customer & Matrix Engagement: Demonstrated experience working with customers to develop comprehensive technology solutions or products in a highly matrixed environment.
• Communication & Ambiguity: Strong ability to communicate effectively and operate decisively in an ambiguous, fast-paced setting.
• End-to-End Solutioning: Proven ability to translate complex business requirements into cohesive technical solutions, successfully integrating disparate systems, third-party APIs, and data pipelines into a unified architecture.
• Architecture & Design: Proven track record designing and building scalable, resilient distributed systems (microservices, event-driven architectures).
• Data Architecture & Database Mastery: Deep understanding of modern data architecture, large-scale data processing, and bridging application architecture with data engineering. Experience with relational (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.
• Core Tech Stack: Strong expertise in enterprise Java (Spring Boot, WebFlux) and designing high-throughput, low-latency systems.
• Cloud & Platform Engineering: Solid experience with Google Cloud Platform (or equivalent AWS/Azure) and modern container orchestration (GKE). Hands-on knowledge of CI/CD, infrastructure-as-code (Terraform, Helm), and modern observability/telemetry tools.

Bonus (The "Unicorn" Traits)

• AI/ML Integration: Experience integrating AI/ML models, LLMs, or working with advanced data ecosystem tools (like Vertex AI or BigQuery) in production applications.
• Methodology: Experience applying Domain-Driven Design (DDD) to map complex business requirements into software components.
• Domain Expertise: Direct experience in fintech or digital platform environments, including familiarity with strict regulatory compliance, real-time data streaming, and security standards (PCI-DSS, OAuth2).
• Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
