About the Job: 

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manual Tester to join our dynamic team. You will be a critical guardian of our product's quality, responsible for ensuring the reliability and stability of our platform. You will collaborate closely with our engineering and product teams to own manual test coverage, delivering a seamless, high-performance mobile experience for our growing community of sports lovers.

Scope of Job

• Perform manual testing for mobile app, web and portal
• Identify, report, track, and verify defects until resolution.
• Work closely with Developers, PM, and other stakeholders to ensure product quality.
• Maintain testing documentation, including test cases and test reports.

Yêu cầu công việc

Must Have

1. Professional Expertise (Hard Skills & Experience):

Manual ( 80%)

• At least 5 years of professional experience in a Manual QA role
• Solid understanding of SDLC and software testing methodologies
• Strong experience in bug tracking and reporting
• Strong experience in creating, maintaining test artifacts (test plan, test cases, test scenarios, test report...)
• Hands-on experience in executing functional, regression, smoke, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT)

Automation (20%)

• Some familiarity with mobile automation testing tool (preferably Maestro)
• Basic knowledge of CI/CD tools (e.g., GitHub Actions) and Git workflows
• Basic understanding of YAML and JSON files.

2. Communication & Documentation:

• Must have strong read/write/speaking English.

3. Personality & Behavioral Traits: 

• Detail oriented, proactive, collaborative
