Seamless.insure is an end-to-end SaaS-based insurance management platform designed to empower underwriters and distributors with efficiency, compliance, and superior customer experiences. Our platform is adaptable, innovative, and crafted to address the complexities of the insurance sector.

We are seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with deep expertise in NodeJS, AWS, Mobile Development, and modern development frameworks. The role focuses on ensuring a high-quality, scalable, and maintainable codebase, working closely with developers to guide best practices, improve performance, and drive innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, review, and maintain backend services using NestJS and TypeScript
• Contribute to frontend development using Angular as part of full stack feature delivery
• Optimize performance across APIs, databases, caching, and AWS infrastructure
• Lead code reviews, promote best practices, and mentor junior developers
• Collaborate with product and delivery teams in Agile development environments
• Drive improvements in CI/CD, system reliability, and technical documentation
• Evaluate and introduce technologies to enhance product quality and team efficiency

Yêu cầu công việc

Must-Have

• 5+ years of experience as a software engineer/solution architecting in a complex development environment
• Solid experience in Node.js with NestJS, and strong proficiency in TypeScript
• Experience designing and developing RESTful APIs and complex microservices-based systems
• Experience working with Angular or similar frontend frameworks
• Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services and cloud-native architecture
• Familiarity with containers and orchestration tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with unit testing, integration testing, and testable code structure
• Experience working in Agile teams
• Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and a great team player
• Well-versed in writing structured, maintainable, and clean code
• Good English communication skills

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with DevOps practices and modern CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins)
• Domain knowledge in insurance or CRM systems
• Experience with advanced AI tools usage (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Codex, agents/skills) to boost productivity and code quality

Added advantages
