DatVietVAC Group Holdings is looking for a Senior AI Native Engineer (React, Next.js, Flutter) to build web and mobile applications for our Fan Commerce Platform.

You will develop web applications using React and Next.js and cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter for Android and iOS. This role follows an AI-native development approach, using coding agents and AI-assisted tools to accelerate delivery while maintaining high standards of code quality, security, performance, and maintainability in production.

1. Web and Mobile Application Development

• Build and maintain web applications using React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• Develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart for Android and iOS.
• Deliver product features from UI/UX designs and product requirements through development, testing, release, and production support.
• Translate product requirements and designs into well-structured, testable, and production-ready code.
• Develop core user journeys across web and mobile, ensuring a consistent experience across platforms.
• Build responsive, accessible, and high-performing interfaces for different devices and network conditions.
• Optimize application performance, stability, loading time, and overall user experience.

2. AI-native and Coding Agent Development

• Use coding agents and AI-assisted development tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or equivalent solutions for code generation, refactoring, debugging, documentation, and repetitive engineering tasks.
• Design effective prompts, context, rules, and development workflows so that coding agents produce code aligned with product requirements, project architecture, and engineering conventions.
• Review, test, correct, and improve AI-generated code before merging or releasing it.
• Identify security, performance, maintainability, and architectural risks in AI-generated code.
• Balance development speed with code quality, testing coverage, maintainability, and long-term product stability.
• Evaluate new AI-assisted engineering tools and recommend practical applications for the development team.

3. System Integration and Product Quality

• Integrate web and mobile applications with backend services through REST or gRPC APIs.
• Implement authentication, authorization, state management, error handling, and end-to-end data flows.
• Write and maintain unit, integration, and end-to-end tests for core product journeys.
• Debug application issues and identify root causes across frontend, mobile, API, and integration layers.
• Participate in code reviews, CI/CD pipelines, release processes, and production troubleshooting.
• Ensure stable user experiences across supported browsers, operating systems, devices, and screen sizes.
• Collaborate with QC Engineers to define test scenarios and resolve issues before release.

4. Engineering Standards and Collaboration

• Develop and share best practices, reusable prompts, templates, and guidelines for coding-agent-assisted development.
• Contribute to frontend and mobile architecture, coding standards, reusable components, and shared libraries.
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, UX/UI Designers, Backend Engineers, QC Engineers, and SRE/DevOps Engineers throughout the product development lifecycle.
• Communicate technical decisions, risks, dependencies, and trade-offs clearly to relevant stakeholders.
• Mentor team members on the effective and responsible use of coding agents.
• Continuously improve development workflows, code quality, engineering productivity, and release efficiency.

Education

• College or bachelor’s degree in information technology, Software Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience

• At least four years of experience as a Frontend Engineer, Mobile Engineer, Full-stack Engineer, or in a similar software engineering role.
• Proven experience delivering React or Next.js web applications and Flutter mobile applications to production.
• Practical experience using coding agents or AI-assisted development tools in day-to-day software development.
• Experience developing transactional products involving payments, e-commerce, fintech, or high-traffic applications is highly preferred.

Technical Knowledge and Skills

• Strong proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, React, and Next.js.
• Good understanding of server-side rendering, static-site generation, routing, state management, responsive design, and frontend performance optimization.
• Strong proficiency in Flutter and Dart for developing cross-platform mobile applications for Android and iOS.
• Good understanding of Flutter widget architecture, state management, application lifecycle, build configuration, and release processes.
• Experience publishing or supporting applications on the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
• Hands-on experience with coding agents such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or equivalent tools.
• Ability to manage prompts, context, rules, and workflows and to critically review AI-generated code.
• Strong understanding of component architecture, reusable code, debugging, error handling, and application performance.
• Experience writing unit, integration, and end-to-end tests using tools such as Jest, Playwright, and Flutter Test.
• Experience integrating REST or gRPC APIs and implementing authentication and authorization flows.
• Understanding of Git workflows, code reviews, CI/CD, and Agile/Scrum development practices.

• A portfolio, GitHub repository, or personal product demonstrating the use of coding agents to build web or mobile applications.
• Experience creating or maintaining a Design System, component library, or shared UI framework.
• Experience developing e-commerce, payment, entertainment, OTT, or high-traffic B2C applications.
• Knowledge of frontend and mobile security best practices.
• Experience monitoring and optimizing application performance in production.
