About this role

• TECHNEXT is an Odoo ERP implementation company (HQ Singapore, offices in HCMC & the Philippines) transforming into an AI-native company. The Vietnam office is where the AI team lives — and we are looking for the person to LEAD its technical side.
• You will own our AI Services end-to-end: AI agents & workflow harnesses (QA/QC, sales, BA), multi-channel chatbots (OpenClaw/Hermes), RAG & shared memory, the skill library, automated reporting and local LLMs. You mentor junior engineers, act as the technical bridge between the Vietnam and Philippines/global teams, and own delivery to international clients.
• This is NOT a pure ML-research role — it is a product-engineering role: build, ship and operate AI systems that run in production every day.

What you will do

• Design & build AI agents (personas, scripts, tools) for concrete workflows: QA/QC, sales, business analysis, operations.
• Develop LLM-powered automation harnesses for internal use and clients — stable, measurable outputs.
• Build multi-channel chatbots (OpenClaw/Hermes or equivalent) integrated with Odoo, WhatsApp/Zalo.
• Design RAG pipelines + shared memory from company documents, project data and case studies.
• Operate agents 24/7 on VPS/cloud: GitHub, n8n, key/API security; evaluate local LLMs where they fit.
• Establish evaluation: hallucination control and AI output-quality measurement before handover.
• Mentor junior engineers/interns in agent building and prompt/skill engineering; run Claude training for the team & clients.
• Propose the VN office's AI roadmap; collaborate with the Philippines/global teams on real projects.

Yêu cầu công việc

Must have:

• 3–5+ years in software/AI engineering, including 1–2+ years working deeply with LLMs (Claude, GPT, Gemini…) in production settings.
• Have SHIPPED at least one real AI system: an agent, chatbot, RAG pipeline or automation — with an inspectable artifact (repo, demo, metrics). "Using AI to brainstorm" is not enough.
• Strong Python; comfortable with API-first development, Docker/VPS, Git/GitHub.
• Deep understanding of prompt/skill engineering, tool/function calling, agent architecture and hallucination control.
• Experience mentoring or leading junior engineers; end-to-end delivery ownership mindset.
• Good working English (meetings + documentation) with the Singapore/Philippines teams.

Nice to have:

• Claude Code / Anthropic API, MCP, or agent frameworks experience.
• Chatbot platforms (OpenClaw, Hermes, Rasa…), n8n/automation, local LLMs (Ollama, vLLM…).
• Odoo/ERP knowledge or experience integrating AI into business systems.
• Applied OCR/ML (data extraction, forecasting).
