This is a hands-on design role with web design at its core. You will design and maintain the websites for our three brands (Linkyard, Phonemos, Synemos), produce marketing and presentation material together with our Sales & Marketing team, and help keep our visual identity consistent across everything we publish. You will also contribute to client-facing branding work as we white-label Phonemos for customer deployments.

This is a junior position, and you do not need years of experience. We care most about a strong portfolio, good instincts, and the drive to develop quickly. As one of the early members of our Vietnam team, you will have real ownership from early on, room to learn, and close support from the Swiss team. We value people who take initiative, share ideas, improve how we work, and help build a collaborative culture as Synemos grows. As our business expands, this role also offers opportunities to grow into UI/UX, front-end, motion design, or brand and design leadership, based on your interests and strengths.

Core Responsibilities

• Web Design – Design, build, and maintain the marketing websites for Synemos, linkyard, and Phonemos, primarily in Webflow, including landing pages, campaign pages, CMS content, and routine on-page updates, keeping the three brand sites consistent, responsive, and accessible.
• Graphic & Visual Design – Create graphics for social media, campaigns, and the brand in general, and maintain and extend our brand assets such as logos, colour, and typography.
• Marketing & Presentation Design – Produce pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, and sales sheets with the Sales & Marketing team, and build reusable, on-brand templates so the whole team can produce polished material.
• Client-Facing & White-Label Work – Support white-label branding and theming of Phonemos for client deployments, where reliability and adherence to spec matter because the work may be billed to clients.
• Experience SCO (e.g., adapting layouts, formats, and visuals for platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Facebook).

We care more about your portfolio and judgement than a specific tick-list, so treat the tools below as a guide. Familiarity with these or close equivalents is what matters.

Essential Experience & Skills

•   A portfolio showing real web and/or graphic design work; personal, study, or freelance projects are very welcome.

•      Thorough understanding of HTML, CSS and Javascript, responsive layout, and web accessibility.

•      Working knowledge of Webflow, or a clear willingness to specialise in it quickly.

•      Knowledge in SEO and ideally also AEO (AI optimization) strategies and practices.

•      Comfort with core design tools: Figma, plus a graphics suite such as Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) or Affinity.

•      Solid knowledge of current AI design and content tools, and the judgement to integrate them meaningfully into your own original work, using them to accelerate and expand your ideas rather than replace your craft, so the results stay distinctive and clearly ours.

•      Working English for day-to-day collaboration with the Swiss team and international customers.

•      Strong visual judgment, attention to detail, and reliability on deadlines.

What would set you apart

•      Familiarity with fast collateral tools such as Canva, PowerPoint, or Google Slides.

•      Exposure to frontend development and frameworks  (e.g. React), UI/UX design and prototyping.

•      Basic motion or video editing for social and product demos.

•      Interest in design systems and keeping brands consistent.

•      German or French language skills.

This is a junior role. We welcome recent graduates and early-career designers: a strong portfolio and the ability to learn quickly matter more to us than years of experience.

Competitive Compensation

•      Salary range: VND 15,000,000 – 22,000,000 gross/month (full-time equivalent), paid monthly through Synemos Vietnam.

•      13th-month salary.
