Mô tả công việc

• Work together with team to develop scalable, high-performance web applications 

• Build reusable, well-architected components/modules with clear separation of concerns 

• Ensure UI/UX of developed pages with near pixel-perfect design 

• Develop and optimize front-end UI to ensure consistent rendering across browsers and devices 

• Analyze complex problems and propose efficient, scalable solutions (both UI and data flow) 

• Translate product requirements into performant and maintainable front-end architecture 

• Optimize application performance (rendering, memory usage, network, bundle size) 

• Collaborate with backend teams to design efficient data-fetching strategies and APIs 

• Proactively identify bottlenecks and refactor code for better performance and scalability

Yêu cầu công việc

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE 

• Strong JavaScript fundamentals, including deep understanding of closures, event loop, async patterns 

• At least 5 years working with ReactJS in production-scale applications 

• Solid understanding of ES6+ and modern JavaScript ecosystem 

• Experience solving complex problems involving data transformation, state synchronization, and real-time updates 

• Strong experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, TanStack Query or equivalent) 

• Ability to design efficient client-side architecture for large-scale applications 

• Solid knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility 

• Experience working with RESTful APIs and optimizing data fetching strategies (caching, batching, pagination) 

• Strong understanding of web performance (rendering lifecycle, reflow/repaint, memoization, virtualization) 

Nice to have: 

• Experience with algorithm-heavy problems (e.g., real-time systems, collaborative apps, data visualization, editors) 

• Good understanding of common data structures and algorithms (arrays, trees, graphs, hashing, recursion, etc.) 

• Ability to reason about time and space complexity O(n),O(logn),etc. and apply optimizations in practical scenarios 

• Experience with Web Workers, WebAssembly, or performance-critical frontend features 

• Knowledge of system design (frontend architecture, micro-frontends, modular design) 

• Experience with GraphQL or advanced API patterns 

• Familiarity with CI/CD, build tools (Vite, Webpack optimization) 

• Knowledge of Git, Github, Agile
