Position Overall Description
We are seeking a meticulous and highly skilled QA/QC Engineer to join our team. The QA/QC Engineer will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our financial technology solutions. As a key member of 1Long, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the development and implementation of quality assurance processes while working closely with cross-functional teams.
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Develop and implement robust quality assurance processes to ensure the integrity of financial technology solutions.
- Perform meticulous testing of financial software applications, identifying and documenting defects, and ensuring the highest standards of reliability.
- Conduct thorough reviews and assessments of software applications, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
- Collaborate with developers and product managers to define and document quality standards for fintech products.
- Conduct comprehensive audits to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Maintain detailed records of quality inspections, tests, and compliance assessments.
- Actively participate in agile development processes, promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
Yêu cầu công việc
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 02 years of experience doing both manual test and auto-test.
- Can support 1Long’s Operation Support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Full professional proficiency in English and Vietnamese.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- High ethical standards and professionalism in all business dealings.
- Experience in QA/QC roles within the fintech or financial services industry is a plus.
