Mô tả công việc

  • Oversee all aspects of IT projects, including scope, schedule, costs, quality, resources, and stakeholder communication.
  • Meet with clients to discuss detailed requirements and clarify specific requirements for each project.
  • Monitor project quality, ensure the project team meets deadlines or report solutions when the project cannot be completed according to plan.
  • Ensure the team follows the Scrum process, conducts Sprint planning and daily meetings to update project progress. Organize meetings to address issues as they arise.
  • Communicate project issues to management when work-related problems occur.
  • Guide and train team members on soft skills and other supporting processes.
  • Organize a cohesive team where all members can communicate and contribute to assigned activities.
  • Coordinate with QA/BA team to identify/adjust software development processes to ensure projects meet customer requirements and satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with HRD department to conduct recruitment when needed.
  • Participate in annual evaluations for all project members.
  • Perform other tasks as required by BOD.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in an IT outsourcing or software product company.
  • At least one year of experience in managing teams using Agile methodologies like Scrum, Kanban.
  • In-depth understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Proficient in project planning, scheduling, and scope management.
  • Experience with Agile estimation techniques, specifically story points.
  • Ability to create and interpret Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and release plans.

Tools and technical skills

  • Proficiency in using Jira for project and team management.
  • Ability to understand software requirements specifications, including epics, user stories, and Gherkin scenarios.
  • Technical acumen sufficient to oversee the execution of team member's work duties.

Performance monitoring and metrics

  • Solid understanding of key performance metrics like team velocity.
  • Experience in adapting plans based on performance metrics and team feedback.
  • Communication and stakeholder management
  • Advanced skills in communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management.
  • Proficient level of English or Japanese

Financial and risk management

  • Experience in project budgeting and cost management.
  • Knowledge of project risk and opportunity management strategies.

Quality and compliance

  • Understanding of project quality management and maintenance protocols.
  • Familiarity with compliance and reporting standards.

Leadership and soft skills

  • Demonstrated leadership and general management skills.
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and maintain a healthy team environment.
  • Capacity to take quick decisions and assume responsibility for project outcomes
