Responsible for the end-to-end lifecycle management of the company’s products, including but not limited to product planning, market research, requirements analysis, documentation, prototyping, and development tracking.
Conduct market and user research to identify emerging trends, real user needs, and opportunities within the Web3 ecosystem, ensuring efficient and effective use of resources.
Build and manage the product roadmap, define feature priorities, and propose optimization strategies to deliver an exceptional user experience.
Work closely with operations and development teams throughout the development, testing, and release processes to ensure product stability, security, and continuous improvement.
Monitor industry trends, technologies, and competitor products to identify innovative opportunities that keep the company’s offerings competitive and aligned with the fast-evolving Web3 landscape.

Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Product Manager, with hands-on experience in Web3 products (e.g., DeFi, NFTs, blockchain infrastructure, etc.).
Strong skills in market research, competitive analysis, and trend evaluation.
Proven ability to independently create Product Requirement Documents (PRD), manage development timelines, and oversee product launches.
Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Strong ability to collaborate across teams, demonstrate ownership, and deliver results under limited resources.
Deep understanding of blockchain technology and Web3 ecosystems is a strong plus.
