We are looking for a strategic, customer-obsessed, and data-driven Head of Product to own high-impact products from vision to execution for the new international airport. You will define product strategy, lead discovery, and deliver customer-centric experiences that drive user acquisition, engagement, and long-term retention. You will lead the strategy for key Guest Platform journeys such as onboarding, Fly, Navigate, Shop, Loyalty, and AI Concierge.

Strategic Responsibilities

• Own the Product: Define product vision, strategy, roadmap, and success metrics, taking end-to-end ownership of the GBIA Guest Platform.
• Champion the Customer: Translate guest insights and Customer Journeys into product opportunities, concepts, and end-to-end experiences.
• Lead Product Discovery & Delivery: Validate ideas through research, experimentation, MVPs, and iterative development, working closely with engineering and design teams.
• Build Connected Experiences: Design seamless customer journeys across physical-digital interfaces, integrating airport services with lifestyle, loyalty, and fintech ecosystems to create greater value for users and partners.
• Drive Data-Informed Decisions: Define product KPIs, leverage analytics, and continuously optimize customer and business outcomes.
• Collaborate Across Functions: Partner with Engineering, Design, GBIA CX, Business teams, and international aviation partners to deliver impactful products and align teams around a shared vision.

Yêu cầu công việc

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, with a proven track record of launching and scaling successful digital products and leading complex product teams.
• Strong product discovery, customer research, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience in travel, aviation, hospitality, mobility, super-app, eCommerce, fintech, or large B2C ecosystems is highly preferred.
• Experience with omni-channel or physical-digital experiences such as kiosks, self-service, or navigation.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience using product analytics tools such as Amplitude, Mixpanel, or Google Analytics.
• Good understanding of APIs, system integrations, Agile/Scrum, and modern technology platforms.
• Strong stakeholder management and working English to collaborate with cross-functional teams, senior leadership, and international aviation partners.
