Anh Béo is seeking a creative and motivated Graphic Design Intern to support the production of marketing, brand, sales, and product visuals across digital and offline channels. This internship is ideal for someone with strong visual instincts, solid design software skills, and an interest in applying design to real business, marketing, and customer-facing needs.

As a Graphic Design Intern, you will work closely with the Brand Manager and design team to create social media posts, digital ads, flyers, posters, standees, event materials, website visuals, email graphics, landing page assets, app visuals, UI/UX support materials, illustrations, and other branded materials.

You will help bring Anh Béo’s brand to life across multiple touchpoints while gaining practical experience in design production, campaign support, marketing communication, and food-tech branding.

This is a hands-on internship for someone who enjoys creating visual content, working with brand guidelines, learning from feedback, and producing materials that are actually used in campaigns, sales activities, restaurant communications, events, and product experiences. For the right person, this internship may grow into a full-time position.

Job Functions

Marketing & Campaign Design

• Create social media posts, stories, ads, banners, and other digital campaign visuals.
• Support the design of flyers, posters, standees, brochures, event materials, sales materials, and promotional assets.
• Work with the Brand Manager and Marketing Coordinator to turn campaign briefs into clear, engaging, and brand-aligned visual materials.
• Prepare design variations for different formats, platforms, audiences, and campaign needs.
• Help ensure all marketing materials are visually consistent, well-organized, and aligned with Anh Béo’s brand style.

Digital, Website & App Visuals

• Create graphics, illustrations, icons, banners, and supporting visuals for Anh Béo’s website, landing pages, emails, and app interfaces.
• Support the production of visual assets for product announcements, restaurant communications, customer education, and promotional campaigns.
• Prepare image assets in the correct sizes, formats, and specifications for digital platforms.
• Help create visual materials that make Anh Béo’s services, features, and benefits easier to understand.
• Support the design team with production tasks related to app visuals, interface graphics, and customer-facing content.

Social Media & Content Production

• Design visual content for Anh Béo’s social media channels, including static posts, simple motion assets, carousels, stories, and promotional graphics.
• Support the creation of ad creatives for paid social, display, and other digital advertising channels.
• Assist in creating visual concepts for campaigns, restaurant promotions, food-related content, and brand storytelling.
• Use AI image generation tools to support ideation, visual exploration, mockups, illustrations, and creative production where appropriate.
• Help adapt existing creative assets into multiple formats for different channels and campaign needs.

Print & Offline Production Support

• Prepare print-ready artwork for flyers, posters, standees, signage, merchandise, event materials, and other offline marketing assets.
• Help check layouts, image quality, file formats, dimensions, spacing, and other production details before files are sent to suppliers.
• Support the Marketing Coordinator in preparing visuals for print vendors, merchandise suppliers, events, and restaurant activations.
• Assist with resizing, exporting, organizing, and archiving final design files.
• Help maintain consistency between digital and printed brand materials.

Creative Development & Design Support

• Work with the Brand Manager and design team to explore creative directions, campaign visuals, layouts, and graphic styles.
• Create simple illustrations, visual elements, icons, and supporting graphics when needed.
• Help prepare moodboards, visual references, mockups, and presentation materials.
• Apply feedback carefully and revise designs based on direction from the Brand Manager, design team, or project stakeholders.
• Stay aware of visual trends in food, delivery, social media, digital products, and local consumer marketing.

Required:

• University degree in process, preferably in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong skills in Photoshop, Affinity Photo, Illustrator, Affinity Designer, or similar professional design tools.
• Experience using AI image generation tools such as ChatGPT, Nano Banana, or similar tools for creative ideation and production support.
• Good sense of layout, typography, color, composition, spacing, and visual hierarchy.
• Able to create designs for both digital and print formats.
• Comfortable working with brand guidelines and adapting designs across different formats and channels.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and willing to learn.
• Able to receive feedback professionally and revise work carefully.
• Strong fit with our company values and working culture.

Preferred:

• Figma skills are a strong plus.
• UI/UX design skills or experience designing for websites, landing pages, apps, or digital products are a strong plus.
• Writing skills, especially for social media captions, short headlines, ad copy, or campaign messaging.
• Basic motion graphics, video editing, or short-form content creation skills.
• Experience creating social media content, digital ads, posters, flyers, or marketing materials.
• Basic understanding of print production and preparing files for vendors.
• Illustration skills or experience creating custom visual assets.
• Interest in food, restaurants, digital marketing, branding, and app-based products.
• Portfolio or sample work showing design ability, creativity, and attention to detail.
