1. Responsible for the daily management, planning, construction, optimization, and availability assurance of IaaS platform and container PaaS platform.
2. Ensure the stable operation of private cloud and public cloud container PaaS platforms, including improving monitoring and emergency response, timely identifying and resolving performance bottlenecks and technical challenges.
3. Design automated management platforms for large-scale clusters and continuously improve operational efficiency.
4. Support the availability maintenance of PaaS for business systems, including application containerization, environment planning, and setup in PaaS, as well as continuous integration of business systems.
5. Maintain a continuous learning ability and stay up-to-date with the latest technologies, exploring the practical feasibility of applying them in the business context.

1、负责IaaS平台和容器 PaaS 平台的日常管理、规划、建设，优化，以及平台的可用性保障；

2、保障私有云和公有云容器 PaaS 平台稳定运行，包括监控完善和应急响应，及时定位及解决性能瓶颈和疑难问题；

3、负责大规模集群自动化管理平台设计、持续提升运维效率；

4、负责支持业务系统上线 PaaS 可用性维护工作，负责应用系统容器化和 应用系统在 PaaS 中的环境规划和搭建相关工作及业务持续集成；

5、保持持续性学习能力及技术热度，对新技术保持持续关注，结合实际业务探究尝试落地可行性。

Yêu cầu công việc

1. Familiarity with operating systems, networks, databases, and basic knowledge of large-scale online business cluster management, with the ability to quickly troubleshoot issues.
2. Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, understanding their underlying principles (networking, scheduling, resource isolation), and troubleshooting skills in Kubernetes.
3. Experience in system management in a microservices architecture, understanding cloud-native concepts, and strong problem analysis and resolution abilities. Proficiency in Kubernetes, Docker, Helm, Prometheus, ELK, etc.
4. Proficient in configuring deployment, configuration, optimization, and maintenance of application-related software such as Nginx, Java, Tomcat, MySQL, Redis.
5. Familiarity with DevOps processes, common CI/CD tools, and practical experience in deploying projects through CI/CD on Kubernetes, such as Gitlab-CI, Jenkins, Ansible, etc.
6. Proficiency in relevant automation tools such as Ansible, Salt.
7. Proficiency in Chinese is preferred.

1、熟悉操作系统、网络、数据库等基础知识，有大规模在线业务集群管理经验，具备快速排错能力；；

2、熟悉docker，kubernetes，对其底层原理（网络、调度、资源隔离等）有了解，以及k8s 的故障排查分析解决；

3、具备微服务体系下系统管理工作经验，了解云原生，具备较强的问题分析定位解决能力。熟悉Kubernetes、Docker、Helm、Prometheus、ELK等；

4、熟练配置Nginx、java、tomcat、mysql、redis 等应用相关软件的部署、配置与优化维护；

5、熟悉devops流程、熟悉常用CI/CD工具、有具体的将项目通过CICD部署在 k8s 集群中的实践经验 如：Gitlab-CI、jenkins、ansible等；

6、熟悉相关自动化工具，如：ansible,salt。
