🎯 Position Summary

• Are you a natural storyteller who loves creating content that resonates with real audiences? Are you also curious about how AI can help you work faster and think bigger? We're looking for a creative, detail-oriented individual to join our team as an AI Research & Content Generator — a content-first role where AI tools are your everyday assistant, not the main focus.
• In this role, you will plan and produce a wide variety of content for Athena's games and brand — from social media posts, short videos, marketing copy, and community content to blog articles and in-game text. You'll use AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, and CapCut AI to speed up ideation, drafting, and production, while your own creative judgment, writing skills, and understanding of our audience remain the heart of every piece you ship. 🧠 Key Responsibilities

• Content Creation & Storytelling: Write, produce, and refine content across multiple formats — social media posts (Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, Instagram, Discord), marketing copy, blog articles, community announcements, store-listing content, and in-game text — that reflects Athena's tone and connects with our players.
• Brand Voice & Editorial Judgment: Ensure every piece of content sounds like Athena — consistent, engaging, and audience-appropriate. Make the final call on what's good enough to publish and what needs another pass.
• AI-Assisted Production: Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, CapCut AI, ElevenLabs, etc.) as your everyday assistant to speed up brainstorming, drafting, image mockups, video editing, and translation — always with a human eye on the final output.
• Content Planning: Contribute to the content calendar, propose ideas tied to game launches, events, community moments, and pop-culture trends. Turn briefs from Marketing and Game teams into ready-to-publish assets on time.
• Audience & Trend Research: Stay close to our players and the wider gaming community. Track what's resonating on social, in Discord — and translate those insights into better content.
• Light Performance Tracking: Review basic metrics (views, engagement, shares, comments) to understand what works and what doesn't. Use those learnings to improve the next round of content.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Community, Art, and Game Design teams. Take direction, share drafts early, incorporate feedback quickly, and keep everyone in the loop.

• Strong Writing Skills: Excellent writing in Vietnamese (native-level) and English (Upper-Intermediate or higher). You can shift tone between engaging store-listing content based on given keywords (including App Name/Title, Description, and Visual Assets, etc.), playful social captions, professional press releases, and heartfelt community messages.
• Storytelling Instinct: A natural sense for what makes a story, a post, or a video actually engaging — not just informative. You've probably been writing, posting, or creating in some form for a while, even if just for fun.
• Content Portfolio: A portfolio is nice to have, but professional experience is not. Please share any content you've made — blog posts, social accounts you run, fanfiction, short videos, gaming reviews, Facebook Pages, TikToks, community posts, etc. We care about your voice and creativity more than your job title.
• Basic AI Tool Familiarity: Comfortable using at least 2–3 mainstream AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, CapCut AI) as part of your daily workflow. You don't need to be a prompt engineer — just curious, self-taught, and willing to keep learning.
• Love for Games & Pop Culture: A genuine interest in mobile, PC, or console games and the culture around them. You understand player language, memes, community dynamics, and what makes gamers care.
• Attention to Detail: Care about spelling, grammar, tone, and visual polish. You proofread before you publish.
• Eagerness to Learn: Open to feedback, quick to iterate, and excited to grow into a stronger content creator over time.
• Good Communication: Clear, friendly communication in English and/or Vietnamese within a team setting.

Preferred Qualifications (Bonus Points)

• Prior experience managing a social media account, Facebook Page, TikTok channel, YouTube channel, or Discord community (even personal ones count).
• Basic knowledge of SEO/ASO, social media best practices, or content performance metrics.
• Basic design or video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere).
• Familiarity with the gaming industry or streaming culture is a plus.
• Prior content, copywriting, community, or marketing experience — internship or freelance is welcome.
• Active presence in online communities (gaming forums, Discord servers, fandoms, creator platforms).
