AI Consultant (Python, JavaScript, TypeScript)

We are hiring an AI Consultant to design, build, and ship production-grade AI platforms and agentic systems for our global clients. The ideal candidate is comfortable owning AI products end-to-end — from problem definition and architecture through retrieval pipeline design, LLM orchestration, and deployment — with a strong focus on reliability, cost efficiency, and scale. This role suits an engineer who has built RAG systems and multi-agent platforms in production, can move comfortably between AI engineering and full-stack delivery, and aligns architectural decisions with long-term business outcomes.

•     Design and deliver production-ready AI platforms, agentic pipelines, and resilient data and retrieval workflows.

•     Architect and implement multi-agent systems using LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, and custom orchestration frameworks where efficiency demands it.

•     Build and optimize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines across structured and unstructured data sources using vector databases such as ChromaDB, FAISS, Weaviate, and Pinecone.

•     Own end-to-end AI feature delivery — retrieval logic, prompt engineering, model selection, API integration, and deployment.

•     Build and maintain LLMOps and MLOps tooling, including prompt versioning, evaluation, monitoring, and inference cost optimization.

•     Develop full-stack AI applications using Python/FastAPI on the backend and React/Next.js on the frontend.

•     Integrate with model providers and platforms including OpenAI, Anthropic, Vertex AI, Azure AI Foundry, Azure OpenAI, and Azure AI Search.

•     Design compliance-aware AI systems for regulated industries (e.g., healthcare, pharmaceutical, financial services).

•     Take ownership of cloud and infrastructure decisions across AWS (Glue, S3, EMR, EC2), GCP, and edge platforms such as Cloudflare Workers, Vercel, and Netlify.

•     Translate ambiguous business requirements into stable, shippable, well-architected systems.

•     Working time:               14:00-23:00, 5 days / week, 2 weekoffs / week

Yêu cầu công việc

•     3+ years of hands-on experience in AI engineering, agentic systems, or applied machine learning.

•     Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI tooling: LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, FastAPI.

•     Proven experience designing and deploying production RAG pipelines and multi-agent architectures.

•     Hands-on experience with vector databases (ChromaDB, FAISS, Weaviate, Pinecone) and embedding strategies.

•     Solid working knowledge of LLMOps practices: prompt versioning, evaluation, inference cost optimization, and deployment workflows.

•     Experience with at least one major cloud platform — AWS (Glue, S3, EMR, EC2), GCP (Vertex AI), or Azure (AI Foundry, OpenAI, AI Search).

•     Strong full-stack ability: comfortable building both backend APIs (FastAPI) and frontend interfaces (React, Next.js).

•     Working knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript; exposure to additional languages (Rust, Java, C/C++) is a plus.

•     Demonstrated ability to take systems from problem definition through to production deployment.

•     Excellent ownership mindset, with strong communication and stakeholder alignment skills.

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

•     Experience with Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations, Chrome extensions, or developer-tooling products.

•     Background delivering AI products in regulated domains — pharmaceutical, healthcare, fintech.

•     Experience with edge and serverless deployment (Cloudflare Workers, D1, R2, Pages; Vercel; Netlify).

•     Familiarity with DevOps and CloudOps practices, CI/CD, NGINX, and containerized deployments.

•     Relevant certifications: Google Cloud (Agentic AI, MLOps for Generative AI), Multi-Agent Systems with ADK, Hybrid Vector Search, Responsible AI, or equivalent.

Education

•     Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related discipline (required).

•     Advanced degree or specialized AI/ML coursework considered a plus.
