- Dev có tiếng nói, có quyền đề xuất áp dụng công nghệ, stack mới và debate với lead mà không sợ bị ghim.
- Sẽ học được nhiều thứ nếu có tinh thần tự giác học hỏi cao.
- Giờ nghỉ trưa dài (2 tiếng)
- Có nấu cơm trưa sẵn ở công ty (đóng tiền).
OT có trả lương, nhưng chưa có chính sách rõ ràng, hơi theo cảm tính.
Đề nghị cải thiện:
- Cần cải thiện khâu training, code review cho cả người mới và nhân viên hiện tại.
- Cần cải thiện khâu software development (BA, QC, Code review,...)
