Ở đây làm việc theo hybird nên nhân viên có con nhỏ như mình rất tiện

Công ty chỉ lên văn phòng mỗi thứ 2,5 những buổi còn lại làm work from home, mình thích mô hình này vì nó giúp mình cân bằng cuộc sống, ko tốn thời gian di chuyển lại có thể đưa đón con đi học
Làm ở công ty gần 1 năm nhưng mình chưa OT lần nào.
Đề nghị cải thiện:
công ty theo mô hình làm việc hybird và chỉ bắt buộc làm full vào thứ 2 và 5 nên mình ít có được gặp mấy bạn nên mong là công ty kêu gọi nhân viên đến văn phòng làm nhiều hôm hơn. Nhưng chắc vì ít gặp nên tụi mình thấy vui hơn khi gặp nhau.
