- Đồng nghiệp vui vẻ, thân thiện. Tuy nhiên sau đợt dịch thì anh em về remote quê remote khá nhiều nên cũng hơi chán
- Văn phòng khá đẹp, gọn gàng, ngăn nắp
- Quy trình làm việc: tài liệu, dự án các thứ khá tốt. Cũng khá nhiều dự án mới
- Nhiều chương trình đào tạo
- Nhiều phúc lợi
Ít khi OT, OT được trả lương đầy đủ.
Đề nghị cải thiện:
- Lương tăng hơi chậm. Lúc sau mình nghỉ thì công ty có nâng mặt bằng lương chung lên nên cũng tạm ok
- Ra vào phải quẹt thẻ, nhiều lúc quên thẻ phải log form các thứ
- Internet chặn youtube các thứ, không biết bữa nay đã bỏ chặn chưa
- Không được cấp macbook
Môi trường hybrid thoải mái, các sếp chu đáo nhưng lương chưa tốt lắm
