Đề nghị cải thiện:
Vì công ty startup nên còn thiếu rất nhiều thứ. Theo e nghĩ thì nên cải thiện một vài thứ sau (Quan điểm cá nhân):
+ Các thành viên designer trong team nên cải thiện về mặt ý tưởng
Môi trường thân thiện, cởi mở, benefit xịn xò

The salary is really good, the manager always tries to increase my salary before I request. There are many training courses about soft skills, celebrated by the CEO, and self-training about technical.
