- Sếp thân thiện, lắng nghe ý kiến, quan tâm nhân viên. Đánh giá performance 2 lần 1 năm rõ ràng đúng process
- Công ty đang có nhiều kế hoạch để cải tiến process và product, ứng dụng những trend mới vào product
- Đồng nghiệp tốt, hòa đồng trong môi trường công việc và ngoài giờ làm (thể thao, ăn uống...)
- Đội ngű HR cực dễ thương, support tận tâm và nhiệt tình, 10 điểm không có nhưng. Năm nay có thêm 1 bé HR join team, khá vui vẻ
- Có Udemy, Pluralsight cho nhân viên tự học, lớp tiếng Nhật hàng năm vẫn mở đều
- Có happy birthday + happy lunch mỗi tháng
- Benefit đầy đủ: lương tháng 13, thưởng, bảo hiểm...
- Company trip chỉ cần tham gia còn lại các chị HR xinh đẹp sẽ lo hết
- Được nghỉ 3 ngày tết Tây
- Đặc biệt ko có OT. Nếu có OT thì policy rõ ràng, có link đầy đủ, quy trình approval theo luật
- Có kế hoạch hàng năm cho nhân viên qua bên Nhật làm việc 1 tháng
5h là phải về, công ty không bắt nhân viên ở lại. Trong thời gian làm ở đây chưa bao giờ phải OT. Nếu OT thì có process rõ ràng.
Đề nghị cải thiện:
- Xung quanh công ty ít quán ăn nên chủ yếu đặt Grab
- Nên có những buổi sharing về kiến thức nhiều hơn
- Một số product đang chuyển đổi qua Agile nên có thể sẽ chưa quen lúc mới tham gia
