- Môi trường thích hợp để làm việc lâu dài ổn định
- Mức lương ổn, khối lượng công việc vừa phải
- Anh em đồng nghiệp thân thiện
- Cty có nhiều hoạt động vui chơi, training, có cơ hội business trip sang Nhật
- Khuyến khích học và sử dụng AI trong công việc
Dù là công ty Nhật nhưng khá ít OT. OT sẽ được sắp xếp theo yêu cầu dự án, có trả lương theo luật
Đề nghị cải thiện:
- VH Nhật nên thời gian làm việc cũng khá gò bó, chưa flexible
- Họp hành quá nhiều, nhưng việc giao tiếp lại chưa hiệu quả
- Quy trình làm việc khá phức tạp, mất nhiều thời gian
- Chính sách thưởng, cũng như tăng lương chưa nhiều
