Dev đều được provide Macbook M1, dev đều là người đã có kinh nghiệm làm việc, dễ làm việc cùng.
Mọi người trong công ty trẻ trung, hoà đồng, support nhau. Sếp trẻ, quan tâm đến nhân viên. Nói chung là môi trường lành tính.
Công ty ko có văn hoá OT, rất hạn chế OT, nhưng nếu khi cần OT thì có chính sách chi trả hoặc đổi ra ngày nghỉ phép, process rõ ràng

Văn phòng ở co-working space, mn ngồi chung 1 phòng nên nhiều khi ồn và khó tập trung
