Đồng nghiệp vui vẻ, sếp vui tính. Công ty fair play, công nhận cống hiến của nhân viên. Có cơ hội làm việc trực tiếp với khách hàng lớn, cơ hội onsite học tập. Hệ thống CBL learning, training process rất bài bản, hiệu quả trong công việc. Work-life balance. Công ty rất đáng để nhân viên gia nhập và cống hiến trong thời gian dài.
Được trả OT theo quy định của nhà nước. Nhân viên không cần phải OT thường xuyên, công việc hợp lý.
Đề nghị cải thiện:
Có thêm nhiều chương trình nâng cao văn hóa công ty hơn nữa. Hiện tại đã rất hay rồi nhưng vì công ty mở rộng nhanh nên càng phải đẩy mạnh PR nội bộ và marketing nhiều hơn nữa.
Có thêm nhiêu chương trình training onsite, giao lưu giữa các công ty thành viên để nâng cao hiệu suất lao động, ý tưởng và cũng là cách để truyền cảm hứng cho nhân viên.
Công ty nên đầu tư trang trí nhiều hơn.
