LAMPART, a software company established by Wakka Inc and located in Ho Chi Minh City since 2012.
We are a family with over 100 members working together to contribute Lampart’s development. Now, to expand our business, we are looking for talent developers major in Java, C#, PHP,…to join in new large-scale projects from one of the biggest companies in Japan. With your skill and experience, we believe that we will provide to customers what we do best with motto:
“Bring the internationally acctaimed Japanese quality to Vietnam and bring Asian services to the worldwide”

- Tiền thưởng khuyến khích (Sign-on Bonus): 1 month
- Đánh giá thưởng: 2 lần/năm.
- Xét lương định kỳ: tối thiểu 1 lần/năm.
Phúc lợi:
- Ngoài các gói bảo hiểm cơ bản theo quy định của Luật Lao Động, bạn còn được tham gia gói bảo hiểm tai nạn lao động tại Lampart.
- Tăng ca đêm: Công ty sẽ thanh toán cho nhân viên tiền lương theo quy định luật Lao Động, ngoài tiền tăng ca ban đêm, còn có chế độ được nghỉ bù có lương vào ngày hôm trước và ngày hôm sau.
- Ngày nghỉ đặc biệt dành cho nhân viên nữ: 0.5 ngày/ tháng.
- Trợ cấp đối với nhân viên chờ chỉ thị làm việc tại nhà trong các dịp Lễ, Tết.
- Được hưởng những phúc lợi đặc biệt như chương trình quà Tết, Bánh Trung Thu, tiền mừng đám cưới (5,000,000 VND), tiền mừng khi sanh con (2,000,000 VND), Trợ cấp thăm bệnh cho nhân viên khi có ốm đau tai nạn,…
- Bữa trưa chào mừng nhân viên mới.
- Đối với nhân viên ký hợp đồng không xác định thời hạn: từ thời điểm ký hợp đồng không xác định thời hạn, cứ mỗi năm được cộng thêm 1 ngày nghỉ phép.
- Du lịch công ty & Khám sức khỏe: 1 năm/ 1 lần.
Chế độ đào tạo:
- Công ty luôn chú trọng đào tạo cho tất cả các nhân viên có thể phát triển, ngoài chế độ đào tạo nội bộ, bạn có thể tham gia chế độ cho nhân viên đi học bên ngoài nếu xét thấy việc học cần thiết để nâng cao kiến thức áp dụng vào công việc (tùy vào hình thức học có thể hỗ trợ 100% học phí).
Event công ty:
- Hoạt động vui chơi, ăn uống trong team được tài trợ bằng chi phí teambuilding của Công ty cho các team.
- Event công ty: Du lịch công ty& Khám sức khỏe: 1 năm/ 1 lần.
- Tham gia các buổi tiệc như Halloween, Giáng Sinh, Year End Party, sinh nhật hàng tháng, Banana Day, 20/10, 08/03,...
- Hoạt động thể dục, thể thao thường xuyên với các câu lạc bộ: bóng đá, cầu lông, sách, nghệ thuật,...

Besides, the managers take good care of improving individuals' as well as team's aspects, allow everyone to develop their skills
I can take part in various issues in Lampart, not just working as an programming engineer.
I can host events for teams or even the company's big events, experiencing different positions and learn a lot from those tasks.
I feel very happy working here.

In my job, I can see that my efforts bring good results for not only the company but also my team and other employees as well.
The main reason is probably because I am especially attracted by potential development of Lampart. At present, Lampart has entered the development stage, so there are many positive changes. For me, working at a company like that is very excited I also learn a lot of skills and knowledge from completed tasks.

Besides these application, software which developed by Java, C, Objective-C language, I can gain some more experiences in projects that developed by new language so I chose Lampart company.I also want to work with Japanese who live in Vietnam, so I decide to join to Lampart.
Lampart is an Outsourcing company, the working environment and working atmosphere are quite comfortable, staffs are friendly and sociable. In addition to focusing on projects, at Lampart there are a lot of activities that I believe that necessary to create good teamwork, technical exchanges as well as other experiences in daily works.
