Gia nhập i3 là một trải nghiệm cực kỳ tích cực! Văn phòng mới sạch sẽ, rộng rãi, tạo cảm giác làm việc thoải mái, dễ chịu. Giờ giấc linh hoạt, phù hợp với những ai thích sự chủ động trong công việc và cuộc sống.
Đồng nghiệp ở Việt Nam rất thân thiện, hỗ trợ tận tình, đặc biệt với người mới – học hỏi nhanh, dễ hòa nhập. Có cơ hội được hợp tác với đồng nghiệp quốc tế, mở rộng kiến thức và tư duy toàn cầu.
Bên cạnh đó, công ty thường xuyên có các hoạt động thể thao, gắn kết đội nhóm và chương trình thiện nguyện, giúp cân bằng giữa công việc và cuộc sống.

Dù lịch làm việc linh động, nhưng nên có thêm chính sách làm việc từ xa (WFH/remote), đặc biệt áp dụng linh hoạt cho các bộ phận marketing, editor… – những vị trí không cần mặt tại văn phòng thường xuyên, thường làm việc trái giờ và họp từ xa. Điều này giúp tiết kiệm thời gian, chi phí, đồng thời tăng hiệu suất công việc.
➡️ Quan trọng nhất, chính sách remote sẽ giúp thu hút nhân tài trẻ – những người ngày nay thường không còn hứng thú với mô hình làm việc full-time tại văn phòng. Linh hoạt là chìa khóa để giữ chân và thu hút thế hệ lao động mới!
