Công ty đến nhân viên chi tiết. Luôn mang đến cảm xúc thoải mái như là ngôi nhà thứ 2 của nhân viên. Các Managers luôn quan tâm đến nguyệ vọng của nhan viên.
Team Supporting (HR/Admin/Accounting) - Họ là những con người nhiệt tình, không phân biệt cấp bậc khi hỗ trợ. Không đấu đá, không cạnh tranh. Họ làm việc với tinh thần hỗ trợ qua lại & chân thành.
Anh CEO rất nice. Các bạn DM của các team luôn hỗ trợ team members nhiệt tình.
Chưa thấy team Accounting nào các cty nhiệt tình như công ty Groove. Họ làm việc vui vẻ, hỗ trợ chứ không "gạu như các Kế toán của các công ty khác.
Văn phòng rộng rãi, thoáng.
Có dành riêng khu vực cho nhân viên ăn trưa & relax.
Chỉ OT với các nhân viên liên quan một vài dự án.

Do công ty chuyển đổi qua mô hình Hybrid working, nên việc kết nối các nhân viên có chút hạn chế khi tổ chức các hoạt động nhóm.
Trước đây, công ty làm việc Offline, nên việc tổ chức team buiding khác thuận tiện.
VỚi mô hình làm việc mới Hybrid working, cty đang dần dần tiến đến tổ chức Team Building cả Online & Offline tốt hơn.
