Công ty rất tuyệt vời , thân thiện

Điều tôi thích:
1.Mọi người làm việc giúp đỡ nhau rất nhiều, mình thấy rất thoải mái.
2.Lương cũng rất ổn cho sinh viên mới ra trường.
3.Có hỗ trợ ăn sáng, ăn trưa ( sắp tới còn có thêm ăn chiều ) rất là tiết kiệm tiền túi của nhân viên.
4.Có tiền thường các dịp lễ, dịp sinh nhật , tiền đi ăn hàng tháng của mỗi team, ….
Công ty có chế độ đãi ngộ rất tốt , rất thích hợp cho sinh viên mới ra trường cũng như có ý định phát triển lâu dài

Mình trừ 1 sao vì :
Chị giúp việc hằng ngày cho công ty rất khó tính, những ngày đầu đi làm vì nhiều điều chưa biết về công ty nhưng mỗi lần xuống ăn sáng chị có những lời than thở ra vào về việc nhân viên công ty không giữ vệ sinh, mình thấy mọi người cũng không cố ý muốn như vậy chỉ vì công việc bận quá nên mới vậy và khiến mình cảm thấy không thoải mái. Có hôm ăn trưa mình mở tủ kiếm cái tô để ăn nhưng chị quát rất lớn “trong tủ làm gì có tô mà tìm”, thật sự lúc đó mình cũng chẳng biết nói gì và mình cũng không biết cái tô ở đâu thì mình tìm thôi, tại sao lại lớn tiếng với mình như thế. Chuyện sẽ bình thường nếu như chỉ xảy ra một lần nhưng mình thấy các bạn sinh viên mới cũng bị lớn tiếng như vậy, không biết các bạn ấy cảm thấy như thế nào nhưng mình cảm thấy không thoải mái. Rất mong những anh chị ở công ty có thể góp ý chị ấy nhẹ nhàng lại bớt để những bạn sinh viên khác không bị lại trường hợp của em.
Môi trường công ty tốt, chế độ phúc lợi cho nhân viên chính thức tốt.
