Môi trường và đồng nghiệp khá nice, tập trung vào con người nên cviec khá thoải mái.
Udemy free học thoải mái, khuyến khích nhân viên học và thi cert.
Không có OT, hầu hết là trách nhiệm thôi. Nói chung cũng không căng thẳng lắm
Đề nghị cải thiện:
Vào bị chuyển chỗ nhiều quá, cái team cloud Nhật grown nhanh và chiếm chỗ ngồi của các team khác.
Ngoài ra đợt mình làm chuyên môn bị full chỗ để giày dép. Thay vì mua thêm tủ thì admin lại đưa ra quyết định vứt giày dép của ai để qua đêm / cuối tuần
Rất tốt cho việc phát triển kỹ năng chuyên môn
