- Công ty remote full, có cho tiền để setup làm việc ở nhà.
- Company trip xịn (nhưng mà họp nhiều), năm ngoái cho đi Bali năm nay cho đi Dubai.
- Lên office có cho 80k ăn uống claim qua Urbox.
- Giờ làm flexible miễn xong việc là được.
Không có OT, làm ko xong thì mới OT thôi nhưng mà hầu như do bạn estimate và làm.
Đề nghị cải thiện:
- Process review performance khó và do team đông nên cạnh tranh khá nhiều.
- Công ty thay đổi liên tục nên sẽ luân chuyển người giữa các team nhiều.
- Nếu có tháng 13/Thưởng thì sướng.
