Phúc lợi đầy đủ, có bảo hiểm sức khỏe, TU có quà các dịp Tết, SN, Xmas, 8/3,...
Công việc nhàn, hiếm khi phải OT.
Văn hóa công ty mở, thân thiện, mọi người (trên lý thuyết) đều ngang hàng. Đặc biệt Line rất nice và support người mới rất sát sao.
Rất hiếm khi phải OT. Chỉ OT khi khách hàng yêu cầu.
Đề nghị cải thiện:
Lương trung bình tới thấp, review lương hàng năm, nhưng lương tăng có vẻ theo công thức % chung, chứ k phải theo performance --> Điểm trừ nếu bạn tryhard :)
Ở đây có môi trường làm việc tốt, chuyên nghiệp
