Nơi làm việc rộng rãi, thời gian linh hoạt, ít khi OT, là cty Outsourcing, cty mẹ ở bên Pháp rất lớn, nếu bạn biết tiếng Pháp thì sẽ join vào dự án tiếng Pháp. Môi trường ổn định, phù hợp cho những anh chị đã có nhiều thâm niên trong nghề muốn một nơi ổn định. Các bạn trẻ nếu apply thì học hỏi kinh nghiệm, học hỏi về quy trình, cách thức làm việc là chính yếu.
OT trả lương đầy đủ, có submit timesheet rõ ràng, có signoff giấy tờ đầy đủ.

Cty chủ yếu là những dự án Outsourcing nằm ở giai đoạn CODE TEST nên đa phần tuyển dev là nhiều, test thì ưu tiên automation test. Hầu như rất ít và hiếm dự án cần sự tham gia của BA, Architecture, nếu các bạn có hướng đi phát triển thiên về 2 mảng này thì nên cân nhắc khi join.
