Job description

1. Responsible for end-to-end design of company-related products, including but not limited to product planning, business research, requirements analysis, documentation, prototyping, and development follow-up.
2. Collaborate with business teams to handle system design, roadmap planning, feature module design, and system optimization for online business products, delivering the optimal system solutions from a cost-benefit perspective.
3. Work closely with operations and tech development teams to ensure smooth product launches, follow up on optimizations and iterations promptly, and ensure system security and stability.
4. Familiar with common business models and regulatory practices in the financial industry, actively cooperating with business and technical teams to support rapid business development and improve management efficiency.

Your skills and experience

1. Associate degree or higher, with a background in Computer Science, Finance, or Mathematics preferred.
2. Over 3 years of experience as an internet product manager, with at least 1 year of experience in blockchain-related work.
3. Ability to independently draft product requirement documents, drive system launches, and demonstrate strong product design and planning skills.
4. Familiarity with market and event operations is a plus.
5. Basic understanding of financial industry concepts.
6. Nice with chinese language for 4 options (Read, Write, Listen, Talk)

Familiarity with Web3 projects is preferred.
