Job description

TeenCare is building the intelligence layer for modern parenting, combining human mentorship, parent coaching, behavioral insight, and AI.

We are looking for an AI Automation Engineer to build internal AI agents and automation workflows across sales, onboarding, mentor delivery, customer support, and finance.

This role is for a practical builder who can connect APIs, databases, LLMs, and internal tools to solve real business workflows.
 

What You’ll Do

• Build AI agents for sales call QA, lead scoring, family diagnosis, mentor support, parent progress updates, churn risk, and revenue operations.
• Connect AI workflows with CRM, call transcripts, internal tools, payment systems, scheduling tools, and dashboards.
• Build lightweight internal tools and review queues for human approval.
• Implement logging, monitoring, error handling, and feedback loops for AI systems.
• Work directly with sales, ops, mentor quality, product, and engineering teams to understand and automate real workflows.
• Turn messy operations into reliable AI-assisted systems.

Your skills and experience

Requirements

• Strong backend ability in Python or Node.js / TypeScript.
• Experience with APIs, webhooks, databases, SQL, JSON, and cloud deployment basics.
• Experience building with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Claude, or similar.
• Comfortable building automations and internal tools.
• Strong debugging ability across tools and systems.
• Ability to work with non-technical teams.
• Fast execution mindset.
• Strong interest in AI agents and workflow automation.

Strong Plus

• Experience with LangChain, LlamaIndex, RAG, vector databases, n8n, Make, Zapier, Retool, Airtable, Supabase, Firebase, Postgres, CRM systems, transcription tools, or analytics tools.
• Experience in sales ops, customer support automation, education, healthcare, coaching, or service businesses.
• Experience building human-in-the-loop AI workflows.

Success Looks Like

In your first 90 days, you will have built live AI workflows used by real teams, reduced manual work, improved operating speed or quality, and created the foundation for TeenCare’s agent-based operating system.

Compensation

Competitive salary based on experience. Performance bonus and long-term incentives may be available for exceptional candidates.
