Job description

We are looking for a Technical Leader/ Technical Architect with strong Fullstack .NET development experience to lead technical execution and support project delivery for Japanese clients. This role focuses mainly on Backend development (70%) while also contributing to Frontend development (30%), system architecture, CI/CD design, and technical mentoring for the development team.

• Lead and support the development team in designing and implementing high-quality software solutions. 
• Design, develop, and maintain Fullstack applications using .NET technologies and modern Frontend frameworks. 
• Focus primarily on Backend architecture, API development, system integration, and performance optimization. 
• Contribute to Frontend development and UI implementation when required. 
• Design and maintain CI/CD pipelines to improve deployment efficiency and system reliability. 
• Review source code, technical designs, and deliverables to ensure coding standards and best practices. 
• Collaborate with PL/ PM, and stakeholders to clarify requirements and provide technical solutions. 
• Support troubleshooting, issue analysis, and technical risk management throughout the project lifecycle. 
• Mentor and guide team members in technical skills and development best practices. 
• Participate in technical discussions and continuous improvement initiatives. 
• Perform other tasks assigned by Manager.

Your skills and experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 
• Minimum 7+ years of experience in software development, including at least 3 years as a Technical Leader role. 
• Strong experience in Fullstack .NET development: 
• Backend (~70%): 
• ASP.NET Core / .NET Framework / Web API 
• RESTful API design 
• Database design & optimization (SQL Server, PostgreSQL, etc.) 
• Frontend (~30%): 
• JavaScript / TypeScript 
• Modern frameworks such as React, Vue.js, or Angular 
• Strong Backend mindset with experience in system architecture and scalable application design. 
• Experience designing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows. 
• Familiarity with Cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) is a plus. 
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development processes. 
• Basic in Japanese (N4+ level or equivalent). 
• Strong problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills.
