Job description

We are looking for someone who wants to build a product where enterprise data, GenAI, and AI Agents work together to power thousands of sales decisions every day.
If you prefer challenging problems in architecture, data, and AI over pre-defined roadmaps, the Sales Intelligence Platform is the place for you.

Lead the engineering team to develop the Sales Intelligence platform
Translate architecture and product requirements into feasible technical solutions
Design and develop core components of the system: Data Services, AI Services, Agent Framework, APIs, Frontend & Backend Platform
Coordinate with the Product Owner, Solution Architect, and Engineering Team to make critical technical decisions
Define coding standards, engineering practices, and product quality
Participate in design and code reviews, and optimize system performance
Support and develop the technical capabilities of the engineering team

Your skills and experience

1. Job Requirements

7+ years of experience in software development
2+ years of experience in a Tech Lead role or as a Senior Engineer leading a team
Experience with distributed system architecture, APIs, and Cloud Platforms
Proficient in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, C#, NodeJS, or equivalent)
Ability to solve complex technical problems and lead a team

2. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-have)

Prior experience building a product from the early stages
Experience with Data Platforms, Analytics, or AI Systems
Understanding of LLMs, GenAI, RAG, or AI Agents
Experience with Azure, AWS, or GCP
Interest in Product Thinking and Business Impact
